About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our team and drive the vision, prioritization, and continuous improvement of a key digital product. The idóneo candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, users, and technical teams, ensuring that product initiatives deliver meaningful business and customer value.

This role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements for Agile development teams.

Key Responsibilities: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Own, manage, and continuously prioritize the Product Backlog, ensuring the team focuses on the highest-value initiatives. Translate business needs and user requirements into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria. Make informed decisions regarding product priorities, scope,



and trade-offs, balancing business value, cost, complexity, and team effort. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, users, and technical teams to gather feedback, clarify requirements, and align expectations. Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team regarding product priorities and requirements. Support the team throughout Agile sprints, providing clarification, answering questions, and helping remove ambiguity around requirements. Review and validate delivered functionality to ensure it meets the defined requirements, acceptance criteria, and intended business outcomes. Continuously gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve the product and maximize its value. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to effective collaboration between product, business, and technical teams.

Requirements: 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar product-focused role. Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience managing and prioritizing Product Backlogs. Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria. Ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements for technical teams. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to balance competing priorities and make decisions based on business value, effort, and impact. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and technical teams. Advanced English communication skills.

Nice to Have: Experience working on large-scale digital products or enterprise environments. Experience working with complex business processes and multiple stakeholders. Familiarity with product management and Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms. Experience working in highly collaborative, fast-paced environments.
