An important company in the steel industry is seeking a Product Quality Coordinator.

Objective
Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements, ensuring that processes are carried out in accordance with the procedures and instructions of the Quality Management System, while also contributing to the development of the team.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field Degree required.
Advanced English proficiency.
5 years of experience in product quality and or process quality.
Experience working with steel and steelrelated processes.
Experience handling customer complaints and conducting internal and external audits.
Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
Experience with problemsolving methodologies such as 8D and 5 Whys.

Main Responsibilities
Coordinate and ensure compliance with customer quality requirements.




Monitor compliance with Quality Management System procedures and instructions.
Follow up on customer complaints and corrective actions.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Analyze quality risks and qualityrelated issues.
Monitor quality, scrap, and rework indicators.
Coordinate work teams and support employee development.
Participate in continuous improvement and problemsolving projects.
