This role focuses on planning, managing, and overseeing the production process to ensure quality,
quantity, and cost objectives are met. It includes developing production plans, monitoring their execution,
coordinating material supplies, and ensuring products are delivered on time and to the required standards.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily production and manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with policies,
procedures, and quality standards.
Ensure safe, efficient, and seamless plant operations.
Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
Allocate resources effectively and maximize asset utilization.




Analyze production data to identify opportunities to reduce waste and overtime.
Coordinate the hiring and training of manufacturing personnel.
Participate in bestpractice initiatives and crossfunctional teams.
Monitor operating expenses and identify costreduction opportunities while maintaining product quality.
Lead collaborative decisionmaking and work closely with crossfunctional teams.
