The Role
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to own YMM's portfolio of telco and connectivity partnerships. You will be the primary point of contact for a set of key network partners, responsible for the health of those relationships day-to-day and for finding opportunities to grow them over time.
As Global YO expands into new markets and new product areas, this role will grow with it. We are looking for someone who can manage what exists today and help build what comes next, whether that means deepening relationships with existing partners, identifying new network partners in emerging markets, or supporting deal processes as we expand the platform's reach.
You will work closely with leadership and have real visibility into the business. This is a high-ownership role for someone who is organized, commercially minded, and genuinely interested in the connectivity space.
Responsibilities
Partner Relationship Management
• Own day-to-day relationships with YMM's core telco and connectivity partners, serving as the primary point of contact for each
• Maintain a clear, current view of each relationship — key contacts, agreement status, open items, and upcoming milestones
• Conduct regular partner check-ins and proactively surface and resolve issues
• Ensure commitments on both sides are being met and escalate discrepancies early
• Support contract renewals and amendments in coordination with internal stakeholders and legal counsel
Business Development & Expansion
• Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities that could expand Integral YO's network coverage, market reach, or product capabilities




• Support active deal processes, coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and keeping open items moving • Represent YMM externally at industry events, partner meetings, and introductory conversations
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners aligned with YMM's growth priorities
Internal Coordination
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations to ensure partner agreements are properly managed and issues are resolved quickly
• Keep leadership informed of relationship status, risks, and opportunities across the portfolio
• Maintain organized records of partner activity, correspondence, and contract milestones
What We're Looking For
• 3–6 years of experience in partnership management, account management, or business development
• Background in telecom, connectivity, or technology. Familiarity with MVNOs, eSIM platforms, wholesale agreements, or international roaming is a strong advantage
• Proven ability to manage multiple relationships and workstreams without losing track of the details
• Clear, professional communicator
• Organized and self-directed; you follow through and don't need to be managed closely
• Comfortable in a lean, fast-moving environment where ownership is real and the work is visible
• Experience working with international partners across multiple time zones is a plus
