Build and develop the leadership team, strengthen talent and performance processes, and foster a collaborative, accountable environment.6. Financial & Business Management.Drive performance through KPIs, improve planning and forecasting, support investor reporting and future M&A; initiatives, and ensure disciplined execution.

· Prior experience as a Country Manager, General Manager, Managing Director, Head of Sales, or Business Unit Leader.

· Background in technical B2B industries with experience driving growth in changing environments.

· Proven track record of scaling businesses from growth stage to operational maturity.

· Experience building and developing high-performing teams from the ground up.

· Strong commercial acumen combined with solid operational leadership.

· Success leading complex, cross-functional organizations.

· Exposure to private equity, investors, or M&A; activities is a plus.

· Advanced English

Base salary: MXN $150,000+, depending on experience and profile.
