Partner with Sales, Delivery, Category, and Operations teams to identify risks, unlock opportunities, and improve financial outcomes. Lead complex financial assessments, business cases, and investment decisions for strategic initiatives and large customer contracts. Champion process simplification, automation, and best practices that enhance financial controls and operational efficiency. Provide thought leadership on revenue, profitability, and cost optimization strategies. Represent Finance in cross-functional and regional planning activities, serving as a key voice in business decision-making. Coach and develop finance talent while fostering strong relationships across the organization. Education & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Typically 7-10 years of experience in Commercial Finance, Business Finance, FP&A;, Pricing, Audit, or related disciplines.
