You will act as the primary contact for users, troubleshoot incidents, and support internal platforms such as Flex Flow and ServiceNow.
Idóneo candidates have a BA/BS or equivalent, experience with manufacturing systems, basic SQL knowledge, and strong analytical, customer-service, and communication skills.
