Objective of the Role
We are looking for a strategic Talent and Culture Leader to guide the evolution of our team, enhance the employee lifecycle, and consolidate a high-performance work environment. This role is key to aligning our human capital practices with business objectives, driving retention strategies, and executing cultural transformation processes.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Cultural Affinity
Define and implement a new, innovative recruitment process specifically designed to assess and ensure strong cultural affinity.
Position and strengthen the organization's
Employer Branding
in a highly competitive market.
Design and execute the Trainee Program to attract emerging talent.
Build and manage continuous talent pools and talent maps to anticipate business needs.
Talent Management
Lead comprehensive talent management, structuring succession plans and talent maps to ensure operational continuity.
Design and execution of the Corporate Training Academy, ensuring continuous team upskilling.
Performance & Professional Development
Lead performance management cycles, implementing agile methodologies and
360-Degree Feedback
evaluations.
Structure and monitor plans for developing employees.
Drive leadership development initiatives to strengthen managerial and executive capabilities.
Culture, Climate & Employee Experience
Lead comprehensive cultural transformation processes through organizational diagnosis and intervention.
Measure, analyze, and elevate the work climate and employee experience, managing action plans linked to surveys and certifications like GPTW (Great Place to Work).
Design the organizational communication strategy to keep teams informed, connected, and aligned with corporate values.
Profile Requirements
Leadership & Coordination:
Proven experience leading and managing a team, with a strong ability to collaborate and coordinate with other departments across the company.

Recruitment Expertise:
Demonstrated expertise in selection processes.
Desirable Tech & Methodologies:
Experience using

Solid knowledge of the

Proven experience utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools applied to HR processes (e.g., recruitment automation, analytics).
Language:
