About the Role
caa is looking for a dynamic, driven, and warm Social Media Strategist & Content Creator to own our entire social media presence — strategy, content direction, editing, and publishing — as a single point of ownership. You'll be building two distinct brands at once: our founder Abby's and caa's, shaping raw footage from events, interviews, and leadership summits into content that performs across every channel.
If you move fluidly between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution, know your way around LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and want real ownership over a growing content operation — keep reading!
Define and maintain a content framework that maps every piece to the right brand — Abby, caa, or a collaborative post
Edit raw footage into polished, platform-ready video across all formats and channels
Write all supporting copy — captions, blurbs, hashtags — tailored per platform and brand
Manage the full content calendar, from planning to publishing
Monitor performance and turn the numbers into clear next steps
We're Looking For
Proven ability to manage and differentiate multiple brands or voices at once
Fluency across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok,



and YouTube — you know what performs where and why
Strong, platform-native writing
Experience with B2B brands, founder-led content, or investment/finance companies
Detail-oriented — nothing goes out with a typo or a missed spec
