This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Agent at Sigo Insurance Agency. The Sales Agent will work in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment, managing both inbound and outbound opportunities and helping customers find the best available insurance option across our carrier network.

Agents are also responsible for consistently following up with open opportunities and maintaining an active sales pipeline.

This is a performance-driven role where speed, contact volume, follow-up, and closing ability are critical to success. Agents will be expected to maintain accurate CRM records, meet individual sales and conversion goals, participate in ongoing coaching and training,



and adapt quickly as new carriers, products, and technology are introduced.
Strong sales skills, including lead follow-up, objection handling, consultative selling, and closing.
Strong sense of urgency and ability to move opportunities efficiently through the sales process.
Results-driven and motivated by individual sales goals, performance metrics, and commission-based earnings.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and highly accountable sales environment.
Coachable, adaptable, and receptive to continuous feedback and performance coaching.
Proficiency in Spanish and English is strongly preferred.
Previous experience in insurance sales, inside sales, call center sales, financial services, or another high-volume sales environment is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM, quoting platforms, and call center systems is beneficial.
Previous insurance experience is a plus, but candidates with a strong sales track record, drive, and ability to learn quickly are encouraged to apply.
