Market Research Analyst | Data & Research Operations
Mexico City | Hybrid | Full-time

Salary: MXN $40,000–$55,000 gross/month + private medical insurance + statutory and above-statutory benefits

The company develops technology that combines artificial intelligence, consumer data and advanced market research methodologies to help organizations understand and simulate consumer behavior.
Mexico will be a strategic market for the company's regional expansion, and this position will be part of the initial team building the operation locally.

We are looking for a Market Research / Data Analyst who enjoys working directly with research data and understands how quantitative research works behind the scenes.
This is a hands-on analytical and operational role focused on making client data clean, reliable, structured and ready for analysis.
You will work with research databases, configure studies, perform quality-control checks, generate tabulations and help automate repetitive research processes.
This is not a Project Manager role and not a pure Data Scientist position.

Audit, clean, consolidate and structure client research data.
* Work with Excel, CSV and SPSS datasets.




* Perform quality-control checks and identify inconsistencies.
* Configure research studies within the company's platform.
* Validate research outputs before they reach clients.
* Work closely with general Research, Product and Data teams.
* Support the creation of standardized data-intake and research processes.
* Support multiple client implementations simultaneously.

2–4 years of experience in Market Research Operations, Data Processing, Survey Programming, Analytics or Business Intelligence.
* Advanced Excel and SPSS skills.
* Working knowledge of Python or SQL for data manipulation.
* Strong attention to detail and data quality.
* Professional Spanish and English.
* Market Research agencies.
* Research Operations or Data Processing teams.
* Survey Programming.
* Business Intelligence or Data Analytics roles with exposure to consumer or survey data.
Rather than working inside a large established structure, you will help create the processes, tools and ways of working that will support the company's growth in Mexico and Latin America.
