About this vacancy

As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and assess technical talent across a variety of disciplines.
Your responsibilities will include:

Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other creative channels
Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs for commissioning, electrical, mechanical, and data center projects
Conducting initial candidate outreach and screening interviews
Assessing candidate qualifications, motivations, and cultural fit
Close partnering with business managers
Managing candidate information within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Keeping up with hiring trends and talent market developments in the U.S.

What we expect from you

Bachelor's or Master’s Degree
Recent graduate or a maximum of 2 years of professional experience
Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
Resilience and persistence when facing challenges
Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow
Fluency in English, any additional language would be a plus
