Altimetrik i s a leading digital business enablement company. Our agile professionals and engineering teams craft innovative solutions that drive transformation and growth for businesses worldwide.
Are you ready to join an exceptional team and company? This is your chance to elevate your career with Altimetrik.

We're looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to join a high-impact FinTech project.

Requirements:
5+ years managing technical programs in a software engineering organization, including direct ownership of delivery cadence for multiple teams.
Advanced Jira and Confluence practitioner. Not "familiar with" — you write your own JQL, you understand plans, hierarchies, custom fields, and automation, and you've cleaned up someone else's Jira instance before.
Working SQL and a scripting language (Python preferred). You'll query the warehouse to answer your own questions and maintain scripts that other people depend on.
Strong written communication. Much of the role's output is writing that executives read without you in the room: status narratives, risk framing, and escalations that are specific and unalarmist.
Experience operating in a regulated environment — audit evidence, control testing, or equivalent — and comfort with the documentation discipline it demands.
Ownership instinct. You track things to closure, you notice what's quietly rotting, and you escalate early with a recommendation rather than a question.

Nice to have
Payments, card issuing, or consumer lending domain experience — card processor integrations, disputes, credit bureau furnishing,

or ledger reconciliation.
Familiarity with observability and delivery tooling: Datadog or equivalent, GitLab or GitHub CI/CD, incident management platforms.
Experience running a security vulnerability or technical-debt remediation program at scale.
Data visualization or internal dashboard development (Streamlit, or similar).
Experience defining an intake process from scratch for a team absorbing unstructured demand.
Demonstrated use of AI-assisted tooling to automate your own workflow, and the judgment to know where automation is inappropriate — anything that writes to a system of record needs a human gate.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate bi-weekly sprint cycles across five engineering teams.
Maintain backlog hygiene, ensuring every item has an owner, estimate, and parent initiative.
Guide and support backlog grooming sessions.
Prepare weekly delivery updates for senior and executive stakeholders.
Identify and escalate risks, delays, and unreported initiatives.
Manage the intake, triage, prioritization, and routing of requests and bugs.
Define intake processes, expectations, outcomes, and service levels.
Track security vulnerabilities and remediation deadlines.
Coordinate incident follow-ups and ensure corrective actions are completed.
Identify recurring incident trends and systemic issues.
Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams.
Automate reports, dashboards, ticket routing, and internal workflows.
Maintain visibility and ownership of initiatives through completion.
