Role: Peoplesoft Financials
Location: Guadalajara
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for PeopleSoft applications
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PeopleSoft software
Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
Perform system testing and upgrades to keep the software up-to-date
Develop and maintain documentation for PeopleSoft processes and procedures
Assist in the development and implementation of new PeopleSoft modules and features
Ensure data integrity and security within PeopleSoft applications
Provide training and support to end-users on PeopleSoft functionalities
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills
In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft applications and modules
Proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, and Application Engine
Experience with SQL and database management
Understanding of integration tools and techniques within PeopleSoft
Familiarity with PeopleSoft security and access controls
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Previous experience in a PeopleSoft support or similar role
Certification in PeopleSoft applications or related technologies is a plus
