Project Manager/Engagement Manager (Professional Services)
Location : Mexico City
Schedule : Hybrid, with Wednesdays and Thursdays required in the office
Compensation : $1,200,000 MXN annually.

Required qualification
Fluent English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing (Portuguese is a plus but is not required)
Approximately 5–7 years of relevant experience
Professional Services, customer-facing project management, engagement management, implementation, or delivery experience
Experience managing several short, fast-moving customer projects simultaneously
Experience working directly with customers and Sales
Ability to scope, estimate, quote, and help negotiate Professional Services engagements
Experience managing a small team, ideally Technical Account Managers or similar technical/customer-facing professionals
Strong business mindset with enough technical knowledge to understand the work being performed by engineers

Technical background
The candidate does not need to be a technical expert, but should understand
Enterprise software deployments
Software integrations within customer data centers
IT infrastructure
Cryptography, encryption, decryption,



and digital certificates
DRM, digital media, content protection, broadcast technology, streaming, cybersecurity, or telecom experience would be especially valuable

Role responsibilities
Approximately 70% project execution and delivery
Professional Services pre-sales support
Working with Sales and customers to scope and quote projects
Managing approximately 5–10 active customer engagements, depending on project size
Helping develop and standardize the Technical Account Management function
Managing three Technical Account Managers
Building greater collaboration and consistency across the TAM team

Most projects last approximately one to three months, so the candidate must be agile, responsive, organized, and comfortable switching between multiple customer engagements.
