We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and quality-focused Quality Assurance Analyst to evaluate processes, products, and services to ensure they meet established quality standards and business requirements. Responsibilities Analyze processes, products, and services to identify quality issues and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain quality assurance plans, procedures, checklists, and documentation .
Conduct quality reviews, inspections, audits, and testing activities.
Monitor processes and performance against established quality standards and requirements.
Identify, document, investigate, and track defects, errors, and quality issues.
Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Review data and quality metrics to identify trends, recurring issues, and potential risks.
Maintain accurate records of quality reviews, findings, corrective actions, and outcomes.
Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, Customer Service, and other teams to resolve quality issues.
Validate that corrective actions have been implemented effectively.
Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for management.
Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure processes and deliverables follow established company standards and procedures.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and overall quality.
Communicate quality findings, risks, and recommendations clearly to relevant stakeholders.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and standards.

Experience identifying and documenting quality issues and corrective actions.
Experience analyzing quality metrics and operational data.
Strong computer and digital skills.
Experience working with spreadsheets, reporting tools, or quality management systems.
Ability to investigate issues and determine potential root causes.
Ability to communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
