Role Overview
This is a high-impact, early-stage sales role on the US team, reporting directly to the CEO. You'll be responsible for sourcing and closing debt portfolio sellers, managing outbound efforts, and providing market insights to leadership. Your work will directly contribute to building the revenue engine of a fast-growing, category-leading marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Source and close debt portfolio sellers across financial institutions, including credit unions, lenders, and receivables-heavy finance companies
- Run outbound efforts, follow-ups, and pipeline management across all asset classes during US business hours
- Manage key accounts and guide deals from first contact to close
- Provide actionable market insights on GTM, pricing, and product to leadership
Requirements
- Ability to work full US business hours
- Proven experience selling into the US market with fluency in US business culture
- Native or near-native English proficiency
- 3+ years in B2B sales with a strong track record, ideally selling to financial institutions
