MXN $300–500/hr (≈ $16–27 USD)

1–3 years of design experience (or equivalent portfolio) required.

About the Role

caa is looking for a dynamic, driven, and warm Junior Graphic & Layout Designer to join our creative team. You'll help produce the digital and print materials that show up in front of thousands of executives across our markets — and you'll do it while learning directly from our Art Director.

If you love clean layouts, know your way around InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and want to build a portfolio across formats and markets — keep reading!

- Design and produce marketing materials across campaigns, events, and publications
- Adapt templates and assets for new formats without losing brand consistency
- Build social graphics, digital ads, presentations, and event materials
- Prepare final files for print and digital production
- Turn around revisions quickly and cleanly

We're Looking For

- A real eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Comfort working within established brand guidelines
- Someone who takes ownership of the quality of every file
- Strong organizational and file-management habits
- Fluency in English
