Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- 1. Follow detailed work instructions to perform basic kitchen tasks, such as operating utensils, packaging products, cleaning kitchen areas and items.
- 2. Ability to learn, retain information the basic processes of food production.
- 3. Perform daily custodial maintenance tasks of basic complexity including but not limited to sweeping, dusting, mopping, scrubbing, mopping, trash removal, and responding appropriately to requests as needed.
- 4. Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
- 5. Understand. Create. Simplify.
- 6.Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to work overtime, as required
- Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Background check results satisfactory to SEL
