We arelookingfor aSenior Credit to Cash Accountant to join ourFinance Mexico Team . In this role, you willcarrying out Finance activities within the Metso Finance team in Irapuato, Mexico.In this position, you will report totheMexico Finance Head .This role isbased inIrapuato, Gto .

You will join a team dedicated to providing solutions, recommendations and preventive actions that safeguard the safety of all Metso personnel.

Whatyou’lldo

- Ensure Credit-to-Cash transactions are processed accurately and efficiently in line with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Manage collection and credit control activities for assigned business partners to achieve defined KPIs and collection targets.
- Monitor overdue balances, communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices, and support timely resolution of payment issues.
- Perform customer account reconciliations, period-end closing tasks, and other assigned AR activities accurately and on time.
- Support credit risk assessments and cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to obtain required information.
- Coordinate dispute resolution activities with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
- Review deliverables prepared by other team members and provide guidance and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Participate in process improvement, harmonization, and change implementation initiatives to improve efficiency and service quality.




- Maintain process documentation and support onboarding and training activities for new team members.

Whatyou’llbring

- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, or Collections processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Team-oriented mindset with experience working in a cross-cultural international environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced written and spoken English.
- Advanced Excel skills; SAP or other ERP system knowledge is considered an advantage.
