Responsibilities:

Campaign Operations Support

Support campaign production across email, SMS, push notifications, direct mail, and future communication channels.

Assist with campaign setup and production activities within marketing platforms.

Prepare campaigns for quality assurance and deployment.

Coordinate campaign assets, creative files, and supporting documentation.

Maintain campaign calendars and production schedules.

Support campaign deployment readiness.

Assist with operational coordination across multiple concurrent projects.

Quality Assurance

Perform quality assurance reviews for customer communications.

Validate links, landing pages, tracking parameters, personalization, and dynamic content.

Verify campaign content against approved briefs and requirements.

Review campaign rendering across supported devices and email clients.

Execute pre-deployment checklists to ensure campaign readiness.

Document issues identified during QA and coordinate resolution.

Support post-deployment validation activities.

Documentation & Process Management

Maintain campaign documentation and production records.

Organize campaign files, creative assets, and operational templates.

Maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation.

Archive completed campaigns according to department standards.

Update project tracking tools and status documentation.

Maintain campaign naming conventions and documentation standards.

Operational Coordination

Coordinate internal meetings and project status updates.

Prepare campaign status reports for the Direct Marketing team.

Track campaign milestones and deliverable deadlines.

Monitor outstanding action items and follow up with stakeholders.

Support vendor coordination activities as assigned.

Assist with resource scheduling and workload tracking.

Reporting Support

Prepare campaign performance reports for review.





Compile operational metrics and production statistics.

Assist with campaign documentation supporting performance analysis.

Support reporting requests from business partners.

Maintain operational dashboards and tracking files.

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Recommend enhancements to workflows, templates, and documentation.

Support implementation of new operational processes.

Participate in testing new technologies and tools. * Assist with maintaining operational best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

1-2 years of marketing, project coordination, campaign operations, or related experience preferred

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
