You Are:
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Program Manager to lead and oversee strategic programs across CTD domains. The role is responsible for end-to-end program delivery, stakeholder management, financial governance, risk mitigation, and ensuring business value realization.
The opportunity:
· Program & Delivery Management
· Lead multiple projects and programs from initiation through execution and closure
· Define program roadmaps, delivery plans, milestones, and success metrics
· Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality expectations
· Manage dependencies across business, technology, and vendor teams
· Establish governance frameworks and drive delivery excellence
· Stakeholder Management
· Collaborate with senior business stakeholders across CTD domains
· Facilitate executive reviews, steering committee meetings, and program status reporting
· Act as the primary point of contact for program escalations and decision-making
· Build strong relationships across internal and external teams
· Financial & Commercial Oversight
· Manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource plans
· Monitor financial performance and value realization of initiatives
· Support commercial planning, business case development, and investment tracking
· Ensure compliance with organizational financial policies and governance standards
· CTD Transformation
· Support delivery of CTD and Digital Transformation initiatives
· Coordinate business and technical teams for successful implementation of solutions
· Drive process optimization and automation initiatives within CTD operations
· Ensure adoption and realization of business benefits from technology investments
· Risk & Quality Management
· Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies
· Monitor project health and implement corrective actions when required
· Ensure adherence to quality standards, delivery methodologies,
and compliance requirements
· Drive continuous improvement and best practices across program delivery
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
What you need:
· 10-15+ years of overall experience with significant experience in program and portfolio management
· Proven track record of delivering complex cross-functional business and technology initiatives
· Strong experience in Program Management and large-scale project delivery
· Knowledge of CTD domain
· Core Skills & Competencies
· Stakeholder management and executive communication expertise
· Experience managing budgets, forecasts, risks, and resources
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
· Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
· Proficiency in project management and reporting tools
· Program governance and delivery excellence framework expertise
· Ability to manage dependencies across business, technology, and vendor teams
· Process optimization and continuous improvement capabilities
· Preferred Qualifications
· PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications
· Experience leading enterprise digital transformation programs
· Exposure to cloud, data platforms, AI/ML, and CTD technologies
