Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and lead the team to achieve business objectives and growth targets.
- Implement effective business strategies to optimize productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to maximize employee performance and job satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers,
and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and successful partnerships.
- Monitor industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports to the executive team on company performance and progress.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in leadership roles within the automation industry.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
Offer
We offer a competitive base salary of 250,000 Mexican Pesos per month, in addition to performance-based bonuses.
