Maxima Apparel is hiring a DTC Production Manager to design and own the production management system for direct-to-consumer manufacturing. You will build calendars, material readiness plans, WIP tracking, and SOPs to scale our apparel operations without relying on any single person.
You will partner with Operations, Logistics, and Planning, own data in PLM/ERP, and deliver dashboards and reports that executives actually use to measure readiness and execution.
