In this high-visibility position, you will serve as a technical leader across diverse engineering units, directly influencing system performance, security, and user experience while driving cutting-edge automation and AI/ML initiatives.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

- Spearhead the design and enhancement of shared AWS and Azure public cloud services with a strong focus on availability, performance, and security.
- Partner directly with cross-functional development teams during product planning sessions to translate complex requirements into seamless, practical cloud operations.
- Identify, champion, and deploy advanced automation solutions, incorporating modern AI and ML value-add tools.
- Establish best practice standards, modern runbooks, and detailed architecture frameworks for cloud environments company-wide.
- Provide expert escalation support and technical guidance to resolve critical operational challenges across integral systems.

Essential Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in IT operations, with a strong foundation in networking, computing, and storage infrastructure.
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience building and managing AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud computing environments.
- Demonstrated proficiency in deployable Windows/Linux environments, source control via Git, and scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or .NET.
- Proven expertise in application operations,



including Incident, Change, and Capacity Management, paired with outstanding problem‑solving and communication skills.

Bonus Points For

- 5+ years of broad IT experience with deep expertise in AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, automation tooling, and development tools like Jira, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of regulatory change control environments, JSM, observability platforms like New Relic, and AI/ML analysis tools.
