Job Overview

Reducir el tiempo de inactividad de los equipos o maquinaria y garantizar la máxima disponibilidad de los equipos o maquinaria realizando mantenimiento correctivo, preventivo y predictivo para asegurar extender la vida práctico de la maquinaria e infraestructura.

Job Requirements

- Analizar las fallas en base a los antecedentes de funcionamiento, apoyado en la Interpretación de planos eléctricos, neumáticos o mecánicos para ejecutar acciones correctivas / preventivas / predictivas asegurando la operación correcta, cumpliendo con los estándares de seguridad y el sistema de gestión ambiental.
- Documentar en bitácoras las acciones correctivas / preventivas / predictivas realizadas en la eliminación de las fallas y cierre de ordenes en sistema SAP.
- Notificar en bitácora / PM orden el No de NP y cantidad consumida de las refacciones en correctivos / preventivos /predictivos. Mantener sistema de administración de mantenimiento actualizado (SAP).
- Realizar cambio de numero de parte de equipo (CHO, SETUP), asegurando la disponibilidad del herramental antes del cambio y al terminar revisar el estado final del mismo, para informar si alguna herramienta requiere un correctivo o remplazo de partes. Cumplir con los procedimientos establecidos de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo o predictivo de acuerdo a las áreas asignadas.
- Participar en auditorias y actividades generales de la planta (brigadas, auditorias 5s, LPA, BBS etc.) y del depto. de mantenimiento (LOTO, PM y autónomo) Participar activamente en la mejora continua de la maquinaria y equipo, contribuyendo con el ingeniero de manufactura.

- Observación y seguimiento de sistema LOTO.
- Capacitar en los procesos del área: Moldeo, Corte, Conectores, Luces, Transmisiones, Coaxiales, HSD, Squib, Sensores, HEMS.




- Conectarse con los sistemas de control para la reparación puntual de los equipos o estaciones críticas del área.
- Calibración de los ejes en los sistemas robóticos, actuadores lineales o cualquier sistema de posicionamiento con encoder.

Hacer uso del formato de control de cambios AHF070-QU y/o AHF089-QU

Grado técnico universitario, industrial, eléctrico o mecatrónica

Mayor a 3 años en Industria Automotriz, cables y conectores, mecatrónica.

- Experiencia en puestos de automatizacion (INDISPENSABLE)
- Avanzado en Neumática y Electricidad.
- Redes de conexión por protocolos.
- Avanzado en Electrónica.
- Avanzado en Instrumentación y medición.
- Programación PLC avanzado. (INDISPENSABLE)
- Sensores de alta gama.
- Sensores de visión programación y desarrollo de aplicaciones.
- Sistemas de visión programación y desarrollo de aplicaciones.
- Robótica, SCADA y sistemas básicos de posicionamiento.
- Sistemas de control inteligente de seguridad industrial.
- Manejo de SAP.
- Seguridad eléctrica.
- Candadeo y Etiquetado.
- Guardas de Seguridad.
- IPC de acuerdo al área.
- Control de Derrames.
- Recipientes sujetos a Presión.
