Job Overview
Desarrollar, mantener y gobernar el Programa Maestro de Producción (MPS), asegurando la alineación entre la demanda del cliente, la capacidad instalada y la disponibilidad de materiales, con el objetivo de garantizar el cumplimiento de entregas (OTD), optimizar el uso de recursos y mantener niveles de inventario balanceados bajo el marco de IATF 16949.
Job Requirements
- Desarrollar y mantener el Programa Maestro de Producción (MPS) para satisfacer la demanda, balanceando oferta-demanda, capacidad y niveles objetivo de inventario
- Ejecutar análisis de S&OP;, capacidad (RCCP/CRP) y viabilidad del plan; identificar cuellos de botella y oportunidades de eficiencia (secuenciación, desperdicio, cambios de línea, horas extra).
- Proporcionar los compromisos financieros ligados al MPS (SCCOP).
- Monitorear señales de riesgo con herramientas y entradas como MD04/MRP exceptions, backlog/past-due, ATP/allocation rules, cobertura de materiales; transformar hallazgos en acciones concretas con operaciones y cadena de suministro.
- Detonar el Plan de Reacción OTD cuando se detecte un riesgo o una falla de entrega, documentar impacto (parte/cliente/cantidad/fecha), clasificar severidad, coordinar contención (reprogramación, expedites, transfer, premium freight cuando aplique) y escalar conforme a niveles definidos, asegurando evidencia en SAP/trackers/correos.
- Preparar KPIs, monitorearlos, liderar foros tipo Control Tower y reuniones de MPS.
- Dar visibilidad a “risk hits”, tiempos de reacción y consistencia de compromisos.
- Colaborar en lanzamientos de nuevos productos y proyectos especiales; impulsar mejora continua en planeación, servicio y gestión de inventario.
What your background should look like
Nivel de Estudio Licenciatura / Ingeniería finalizada en Ing. Industrial/Manufactura, Licenciatura en Administración, Comercio o afín.
Experiencia Profesional 3+ años en planeación de materiales / planeación maestra / programación.
Conocimientos Específicos y habilidades Idioma Inglés Avanzado escrito y hablado.
Conocimiento en planificación de capacidad preliminar (Rough Cut Capacity Planning), S&OP;, lógica MRP y estrategias de inventario.
Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas en un ambiente cambiante.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
Capacidad para interactuar eficazmente en todos los niveles de la organización.
Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión, equilibrando prioridades conflictivas y restricciones de recursos.
Capacidad para manejar múltiples demandas en un entorno acelerado y altamente dinámico.
Capacidad para analizar y reconciliar problemas relacionados con materiales.
Experiencia con SAP es un plus.
Habilidades avanzadas en informática: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint y MS Access.
Core Tools
Conocimiento de norma IATF16949
Certificación APICS deseable.
Lean Manufacturing deseable.
