We are looking for a Product Data Scientist with strong banking/financial services experience to partner with Product teams and drive data-informed decisions across consumer lending products.
The adecuado candidate combines product analytics, experimentation, statistical modeling, and strong communication skills.
Must-Have Skills:5+ years of experience in Data Science, Product Analytics, Applied Statistics, or similar rolesMust have banking, fintech, consumer lending, or financial services experienceStrong experience with product analytics and experimentation (A/B testing)Strong knowledge of statistics, hypothesis testing, and causal inferenceAdvanced SQL skillsStrong Python or R skillsExperience developing and validating statistical/ML modelsExperience with funnel, cohort, conversion, segmentation, and product metricsHands-on experience with data pipelines, transformations,



and data modelingExperience working directly with Product Managers and Engineering teamsStrong understanding of consumer lending / credit products, underwriting, risk, or pricingExcellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholdersExperience using AI/LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar for analytics and productivityBachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field, or equivalent experienceNice to Have:Experience with credit/risk modeling or pricing strategydbt, AirflowSegment, Amplitude, mParticle, or similar product analytics toolsExperience with AWSAgile/Scrum product team experienceHome improvement or contractor financing experience
