As our Logistics Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring products move efficiently from our facilities to customers, helping deliver reliable service and a seamless supply chain experience. Your leadership will directly influence operational performance, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction across our logistics network. By leading daily logistics operations and continuous improvement initiatives, you'll help create a safer, more efficient, and customer-focused future. You'll collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Service, Planning, Transportation, and Warehouse teams while owning critical logistics processes that keep our business moving forward.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead logistics operations to improve service levels, delivery performance, and inventory accuracy across the supply chain.
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve logistics challenges and ensure timely, reliable product shipments.




- Collaborate across functions to identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce operational waste.
- Leverage data, systems, and analytical problem-solving skills to drive operational excellence and strengthen inventory management performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, accountability, and safety throughout logistics operations.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in logistics, warehousing, shipping, or supply chain operations with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with SAP S/4HANA, EWM, P01, or similar ERP and warehouse management systems.
- Ability to lead initiatives, influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for optimizing processes, increasing efficiency, and driving operational results.
