We're hiring: Sales and DND Director for Changan Mexico

We're looking for a Sales and DND Director to join our team in Mexico City and lead our sales strategy and dealer network growth.

What We're Looking For

Only industry related.

- 10+ years of experience in automotive sales, preferably working directly with dealer networks
- Previous experience in a Sales Director, DND Manager, Sales Manager or similar leadership position
- Strong knowledge of the Mexican automotive market
- Experience managing sales targets, dealer performance and profitability
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills
- Advanced English C1
- Availability to travel
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field; MBA is a plus

Main Responsibilities





- Lead the sales strategy and support the achievement of our national sales targets
- Grow and strengthen the Changan dealer network
- Follow up on dealer performance and profitability
- Develop sales processes and improvement plans
- Work closely with Network Development, Marketing, Aftersales and Finance
- Lead and develop the Sales team
