Changan Mexico in Mexico City (Polanco) is seeking a Sales and DND Director to lead our national sales strategy and expand the dealer network. You will drive targets, oversee dealer performance, and coordinate with Marketing, Aftersales and Finance to ensure growth.
Adecuado candidates have 10+ years in automotive sales, strong leadership, English at C1, and a proven track record with dealer networks. This role requires travel and a Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus.
