How You'll Make an Impact

- Promote and support a culture of safety, quality, and integrity across manufacturing operations.
- Monitor, inspect, and control assigned production processes to ensure consistent performance.
- Drive First Pass Yield (FPY) results and support initiatives to exceed operational targets.
- Analyze scrap trends and implement corrective actions to reduce waste.
- Lead continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.
- Support new product introductions and maintain required process documentation.
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify value-added and non-value-added activities.
- Collaborate with maintenance and cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance and production flow.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

- Technical degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related field.




- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly process operations.
- Experience with equipment setup, process control, and manufacturing tools within a production environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and waste reduction techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; valid visa availability is preferred.
