An established international company known for its stable growth, competitive edge, and excellent work environment is looking for a US Benefits & Payroll Specialist to join the team in Puebla. In this role, you will ensure the accurate day-to-day administration of US benefit plans, support payroll processes, and maintain the highest standards of data integrity and compliance.
Work Schedule & Flexibility
- Schedule: Monday to Friday.
- Hybrid Model: 4 days Home Office / 1 day on-site per week at our Puebla offices.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Benefits Administration: Manage day-to-day administration of US benefit plans, ensuring accurate enrollments and low error rates.
- Payroll & Mobility Support: Coordinate payroll deductions and support routine administration for US mobility and immigration-related matters.
- Employee Case Management: Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving cases timely with positive service feedback.
- Data Integrity & HRIS: Maintain high-quality data within our HRIS system, navigating system landscapes during transition periods and ensuring audit-ready records.
- Vendor & Leave Coordination: Collaborate with external vendors, reconcile invoices cleanly, and support leave of absence administration.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Experience:
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in benefits administration and payroll coordination (5+ years preferred for a senior level).
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with HRIS/Payroll systems like Workday, ADP, UKG, or SuccessFactors, along with proficiency in Excel, enrollment platforms, and ticketing systems.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid experience in employee customer service, benefits data management, and a fundamental understanding of US payroll and immigration processes.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong process discipline, and the capability to manage high-volume employee interactions efficiently.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience supporting Open Enrollment periods.
- Knowledge of COBRA administration.
- Specific experience with the Workday Benefits module.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
- Achieving near-zero error rates in benefit enrollments and payroll deductions.
- Delivering swift and empathetic resolution to employee cases.
- Maintaining clean, reconciled vendor invoices and audit-ready data.
