Caylent is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, shaping organizational capability as Caylent scales. You’ll influence design, leadership, and workforce decisions, while leveraging Claude and other AI tools for analysis, synthesis, and decision support.
You will partner across the organization to drive organizational health, talent strategy, and scalable HRBP processes in a fully remote, integral team.
