- Professional degree in Administration, Communications, Psychology, Public Accounting, or a related field.
- 50% English proficiency.
- 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities
- Assess the work environment at least once a year and implement actions to improve it.
- Promptly address the needs of both hourly and salaried staff.
- Resolve or mediate workplace conflicts.
- Oversee the preparation of hourly and salaried payrolls.
- Advise staff with supervisory responsibilities on the operation of the payroll system.
- Prepare payroll reports, summaries, and statistics.
- Supervise and administer the payroll system.
- Comply with and enforce internal control policies.
- Manage payroll and salary scales.
- Optimize the use of human and material resources to meet budget targets.
- Manage and track the monthly variable compensation bonus process.
- Manage the plant cafeteria service.
- Administer the major medical insurance benefit.
- Follow up on inquiries from IMSS and INFONAVIT until fully resolved.
- Manage the Workday system for compensation and benefits.

- Regulations and laws regarding IMSS, LFT (Labor Law), INFONAVIT, and STPS Labor relations
