Intugo, in partnership with a U.S.-based company, is seeking a Senior Payroll, Compliance & HR Coordinator to own Payroll, Compliance, and HR operations in Hermosillo. This senior role demands high organization, independence, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
You will manage weekly timecards, payroll processing, COIs, onboarding/offboarding, benefits, and HR records while supporting audits and policy administration.
