Resolv Integral is seeking a Project Manager based in Mexico for a fully remote role. This hands-on position requires BPO know-how, ownership, and confident client communications to keep people and priorities moving in the right direction.
You will support day-to-day delivery of BPO projects, work with clients and internal teams, monitor KPIs, manage escalations, and report project health to leadership, while building trust through proactive, clear updates.
