Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain
Workday Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports
using Workday reporting best practices.
Translate HR and business requirements into effective Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
Build and maintain
Workday Prism Analytics
datasets, transformations, and data pipelines.
Develop
Discovery Boards, Storyboards, Worksheets, dashboards
, and other advanced Workday reporting solutions.
Create and optimize
Advanced Calculated Fields
and reusable reporting solutions.
Troubleshoot complex Workday reporting issues and recommend scalable technical solutions.
Validate report data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with HR policies and data security standards.
Standardize and automate recurring reporting processes to reduce manual reporting efforts.
Support
data storytelling and visualization
for HR and leadership stakeholders.
Collaborate with HRIS, IT, HR,



and business teams to identify reporting gaps and improve Workday functionality.
Provide technical guidance and support to HR team members regarding Workday reporting capabilities.
Evaluate and support implementation of new Workday reporting and analytics capabilities introduced through Workday releases.
Develop approximately

Minimum Requirements
University degree with
5+ years of Workday Reporting and Analytics
experience, OR Master's degree with
3+ years of Workday Reporting and Analytics
experience.
Strong hands-on experience with advanced Workday reporting capabilities.
Demonstrated experience independently troubleshooting complex Workday reporting issues.
Strong understanding of
HR data structures, business processes, and reporting best practices
.
Strong
Workday Prism Analytics
experience.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
