We are looking for a person who will manage direct account and architecture teams, who will be accountable for the team performance and portfolio profitability, serving as an influencer in customers purchasing decisions. Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with broad range of customer and buyer stakeholders (e.g., CTO, CIO, CFO, Purchasing leaders, Partner Executive, LOB, Buyer or Partner sales managers and decision makers) is part of this role.

Meet the Team
You’ll be part of the Latin America Sales team, reporting to the region Sales VP
Your Impact
Typically leads large and complex teams managing global strategic portfolios/accounts and/or cross-architecture deals across Cisco’s most strategic accounts
Sets the strategic vision for multi-year, multi-faceted architectural deals with top-tier accounts in alignment with corporate objectives and market trends
Manages to financial and strategic objectives, including market penetration, large-scale business transformation, and enterprise customer growth
Oversees global capacity modeling and investment prioritization for sustainable revenue growth
Harmonizes general forecasting frameworks across diverse geographies, ensuring a unified approach
Liaises with executive stakeholders to align field strategy and partner/virtual GTM strategies
Orchestrates complex, long-term engagements that shape Cisco’s market leadership
Implements a proactive and sustainable approach to sales challenges, employing feedback and data to refine techniques and drive measurable improvements
Inspires and develops leadership capabilities within field account teams,
enabling readiness to lead high-impact initiatives and company-wide investment strategies
Champions mentoring programs designed to drive exceptional quota performance
Synthesizes diverse viewpoints to inform critical GTM strategies
Minimum Qualifications
- + 17 years of related experience
- Previous leading manager experience in sales roles
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Technical background AI enthusiasts
