- Modify, understanding and keep the engineering procedures and standards.
- Creating and understandingmodels, structures, prototypes,fixturesand/ordrawings.
- Establishing objectives for the organization.
- Follow up the new models and currents models, develop process, flow and control system to improve the quality of the product.
- Monitorprocesses and production schedules in an efficient manner.
- Implementing improvements in the production process.
- Minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Training new employees and guiding them when necessary.
- Delegating tasks toproducttechnician team.
- Daily, weekly, monthly report of projects or tendency trend from production, quality and customer issues

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Electronic, Electro-Mechanical or Industrial Eng.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

3 to 5 year in similar position

LEVEL OF ENGLISH FLUENCY:

80%

COMPUTER USAGE:

MS Office, 2D or 3D Software, SAP system

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:

Responsible, creative and sense of urgency.
