Manage external transportation networks and JIT delivery routes.

Represent plant in JIT logistics calls with suppliers and carriers.

Oversee yard management and trailer safety/capacity.

Maintain common ship and delivery schedule accuracy (RDP and Calendar).

Lead training and manpower management for shipping/receiving.

Ensure alignment and compliance with Security, Safety, Facilities

Balance of dock matrix and unloading schedules

PROFILE

- EDUCATION:
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree (Industrial / Logistics/ Supply Chain Engineering), Business Administration / International Business
- Preferred: Experience (1-2+ years) inbound logistics performance and delivery

- LANGUAGES - English 60% (Intermediate +)
- SKILLS:

- Operational Skills & KPI improvements
- Continuous improvement (Understanding of automotive supply chain processes, Just-in-Time (JIT) principles, problem solving & decision-making)
- Leadership (communication, discipline, cross-functional coordination)
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
