Description
You will design and grow the partner network that brings Latin American businesses into selling on Amazon in the US - building something with regional reach and a direct line to measurable growth.
This role covers Mexico and Latin America. You'll build relationships with agencies, service providers, industry associations, and logistics companies, and turn those relationships into a sustainable, scalable channel for new seller recruitment.
Key job responsibilities
- Design and execute the regional partner recruitment strategy: identify which types of organizations have the right relationships and client profile to bring new sellers to the US marketplace, and develop the approach for each category.
- Build and develop partner relationships across Mexico and Latin America - understanding what drives each type of organization, what they value, and how to structure engagement that works for both sides long-term.
- Develop the lead generation model: determine which channels, co-marketing formats, and outreach approaches grow the seller pipeline most effectively, and evolve the approach as the program scales.
- Work across internal teams to ensure sellers entering the program are positioned for strong, sustained performance from day one.
- Own program performance end-to-end: partner activity, pipeline health, seller quality, and revenue contribution. Know your numbers and act on them.
- Continuously improve the model - operationally, commercially, and structurally - and bring well-reasoned proposals to leadership.
- Shape the program's next phase: how to deepen partner engagement, which new categories and markets to enter, and what a more mature version of this program looks like.
A day in the life
The day starts with a read of the pipeline:
which partners are active, where seller candidates are in the process, and what needs unblocking.
Mid-morning shifts to partner conversations - agencies, logistics firms, industry associations - assessing portfolio fit, co-designing outreach strategies, and aligning on what each organization needs to convert their clients into US expansion candidates.
The day closes on strategy: translating performance data into program decisions, preparing leadership proposals on market expansion, partner tiering, or new acquisition channels, and defining the next phase of growth.
