Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of manufacturing finance and operations leadership experience.
- Advanced expertise in cost accounting, operational metrics, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Proven success leading teams and driving change in matrixed, cross-functional environments.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ERP experience, preferably SAP.
