Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls related to auto insurance inquiries and customer support.
- kkiioo
- Transfer qualified calls to licensed Assured agents.
- Help generate sales opportunities through effective lead qualification.
Requirements:
- 1 year of sales experience in a call center environment
- Strong English skills (B2 level or higher),
- Basic computer knowledge, and
- Full-time availability (Monday to Friday).
- Valid Mexican documents.
