About the Role
caa is looking for a dynamic, driven, and warm Junior Graphic & Layout Designer to join our creative team. You'll help produce the digital and print materials that show up in front of thousands of executives across our markets — and you'll do it while learning directly from our Art Director.
If you love clean layouts, know your way around InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and want to build a portfolio across formats and markets — keep reading!
Design and produce marketing materials across campaigns, events, and publications
Adapt templates and assets for new formats without losing brand consistency
Build social graphics, digital ads, presentations, and event materials
Prepare final files for print and digital production
Turn around revisions quickly and cleanly
We're Looking For
A real eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
Comfort working within established brand guidelines
Someone who takes ownership of the quality of every file
Strong organizational and file-management habits
