The Senior Treasury Transformation is responsible for administering, supporting, and optimizing Treasury technology platforms, banking connectivity, and related Treasury processes. This role plays a critical part in supporting payments, liquidity management, cash visibility, bank account administration, and cash forecasting activities. As a Treasury technology subject matter expert, the analyst will collaborate closely with Treasury, Finance, IT, Shared Services, banking partners, and third-party vendors to enhance system capabilities, improve operational efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and support Treasury transformation initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Treasury, Treasury Operations, Treasury Technology, Financial Systems, or a related Finance function. Hands-on experience supporting Treasury Management Systems (TMS), banking platforms, ERP integrations, or other Treasury technology solutions. Strong understanding of cash management, payments, liquidity management, Treasury controls, and banking operations. Experience participating in technology implementations, system upgrades, process improvement initiatives, or Treasury transformation projects. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Treasury Intelligence Solutions (TIS) . Experience with GTreasury . Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion . Experience with Oracle Predictive Cash Forecasting .
Knowledge of SWIFT connectivity and bank communication technologies. Professional certifications such as CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) , PMP (Project Management Professional) , or other relevant certifications. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Treasury technology platforms and related Treasury processes. Administer Treasury Intelligence Solutions (TIS), including payment processing, bank connectivity, and cash visibility functionality. Manage banking portals, including user access administration, security controls, entitlement reviews, compliance requirements, and access certifications. Coordinate the onboarding, maintenance, and governance of banking relationships within Treasury systems and banking portals. Lead and support Treasury technology enhancements, implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives. Support integrations between Treasury systems, Oracle Cloud Fusion, banking partners, payment platforms, and other enterprise applications. Participate in Oracle Predictive Cash Forecasting initiatives and continuous enhancement efforts. Identify, recommend, and implement opportunities to automate Treasury processes and improve operational efficiency. Partner with Treasury technology vendors, banking partners, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, ensure system stability, and drive continuous improvement. Support the development and maintenance of Treasury controls, documentation, and best practices related to Treasury technology and banking operations.
