Job Description
We are looking for a
Day Shift Site Supervisor
to oversee the daytime installation of
low-voltage and special systems
in mission-critical data center construction projects.
Responsibilities
Supervise subcontractor activities across systems such as CCTV, access control, fire detection, and structured cabling.
Verify installation quality, documentation compliance, and correct equipment placement.
Coordinate with engineering and commissioning teams to prepare for system validations and testing.
Enforce site safety protocols and support integration sequencing.
Document progress, technical issues, and installation readiness for handovers.
Qualifications




5+ years of experience supervising special systems installation in infrastructure projects.
Technical degree in
Electronics
,
Telecommunications
, or related engineering discipline.
Proficient in interpreting drawings, leading field teams, and tracking installation status.
Fluent in
Spanish and English
, with strong leadership and reporting capabilities.
