We are supporting a leading organization in the
hospitality industry
in the search for a
Human Resources Manager
with strong expertise in personnel administration and experience supporting complex, high-demand operations.
This position will play a key role in the preparation, opening, and stabilization of a new operation, ensuring efficient HR processes, strong operational support, and close partnership with business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead HR processes related to the opening and ongoing operation of the business.
• Oversee personnel administration, including hiring, employee movements, attendance and payroll-related inputs, employee records, and internal HR processes.
• Partner closely with operational leaders to address workforce needs and employee-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable labor regulations.
• Manage and follow up on employee relations matters.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes within a growing operation.
What We're Looking For:
• Previous experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
• Strong background in




personnel administration and employee relations
.
• Experience supporting
continuous, high-volume, and operationally demanding environments
.
• Background in
hospitality, retail, services, or similar operational industries
is highly preferred.
• Experience supporting openings, expansions, or rapidly growing operations is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with
immigration processes
.
• Ability to work closely with operational teams and multiple levels of leadership.
•
Advanced English proficiency is required.
•
Willingness and availability to relocate within Mexico is required.
