Mechanical Engineer San Luis Potosí | Manufacturing Industry Full-time | On-site Job Objective: Ensure the efficiency, quality, and continuity of the production process through the accurate receipt and verification of materials, safe machinery operation, timely component supply, constant production monitoring, training of new operators, and the execution of repairs or rework; actively support the line leader and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to guarantee compliance with established quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Validation: Validate processes and products to ensure compliance with customer requirements for assembled products and the processes used to manufacture components and assemblies. Risk Management Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team the development of risk management studies for products, processes, and systems, following the requirements of ISO 14971. ECN and Change Control Follow the documented change control process for the design and the production product and its various configurations.



Operation Understand customer design requirements and assist customers in solving technical problems Ensure products are designed and manufactured according to customer requirements and standards Ensure molds are manufactured according to customer requirements and standards with a timeline control Resolving manufacturing and technical issues, including issues of machines in assembly production line Write technical documents (i.e., Work Instruction) and reports Training operators on newly introduced products Leading sample build and first article production, prepare first article report and follow up first article approval result in customer side Setup machine/equipment maintenance plan Failure analysis for production defects and customer return units Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Equipment Reliability and Maintenance Efficiency and Production Project and Cost Management Required Profile: Bachelor´s Degree Mechanical engineering, electromechanics, design, or a related field. Technical Knowledge: Proficient in mechanical design tools and technologies such as CAD, CAM, FEA, etc. Familiar with mechanical parts, molds and manufacturing processes. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to understand and convey customer design needs. Reading, speaking and writing English.
