Internal Recruiter

Mexico City

Salary: MXN $35,000 – $40,000/month

Our client, a growing international tech firm, is looking for an Internal Recruiter to join their team in Mexico City.

You'll own the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding — while partnering closely with hiring managers to bring in top talent.

Day to day:

- Manage recruitment from start to finish
- Sourcing candidates, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and supporting onboarding
- Point of contact to hiring managers, managing expectations providing feedback
- Keep interview cycles moving smoothly, capture useful feedback at each stage




- Take a proactive approach to sourcing - leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and direct candidate outreach
- Juggle several open positions at once while keeping your ATS clean, current, and accurate

Desired experience:

- 2–3 years of recruiting in-house for a company (not agency-side)
- English and Spanish, spoken and written
- Skills in LinkedIn Recruiter, with a strong track record of proactive sourcing
- Familiarity with OCC (the Mexican job board)
- Excellent organizational ability - manage multiple roles simultaneously
- A collaborative, consultative style when partnering with hiring managers
